As a plaintiff, he has prosecuted more than 40 mortgage brokerage fee disputes all the way through trial (arbitration hearing), mostly for his own company. He has qualified as an expert in California and New York on mortgage loan matters.

Mr. Blackburne is available for consultation based on an hourly rate of $250 per hour. He is available to testify at the rate of $1,500 per day, plus travel expenses. Travel days are billed at the rate of $800 per day.
